Seasonal Flowers (Spring & Fall Rotation):

Premium seasonal flowers (Spring-Purple/White mixed Vikna, Fall-Purple mixed Pansies) to be installed in mulch beds to add seasonal color.

Bed Weeding

Weeding established beds as needed throughout the growing season approx. every 7-14 days.

Seasonal Pruning - 3 Visits (1) Late Spring (2) Late Summer (3) Late Fall

Late Spring-Trimming/pruning of plants/shrubs/perennials (less than 15 ft in ht) that have finished blooming, evergreen shrubs/plants, cut back branches to close to house. Late Summer- Trimming/pruning of plants/shrubs/perennials (less than 15 ft in ht) that have finished blooming, evergreen shrubs/plants, cut back branches to close to house. Late fall- For cutting back of perennials, ornamental grasses, as seasonally appropriate

Plants/Shrubs Fertilization, Insect/Disease Control program (5 Application a year)

Plants and shrubs (Less than 15 Feet in height) will be fertilized with a specially formulated treatment to promote healthy growth. Our professional insect/disease control program will be utilized, with regular inspections and appropriate applications made on those plants identified with insect or disease symptoms *Lawn Mowing service a prerequisite, service not offered a la carte

Fall Aeration/Over seeding Service:

Core lawn aeration (direction for better results) and over-seeding to existing turf areas. Slit-seeding to thinning areas as needed Note: Organic compost can be spread to thinning areas as needed for an additional charge.

Gutter Cleaning Service:

Clean gutters of leaves and debris as needed. Approx. (4) visits per year.

Leaf Clean up:

Oct-Clean/shred leaves from lawn areas with each visit (approx. every 2 weeks, weather pending) Nov-Dec Clean/shred leaves from the, mulch beds and hard services with each visit (approx. every 2 weeks, weather pending)

Winter Clean up

Clean lawn areas, hard surfaces, and beds of winter leaves and sticks with each visit (approx. every 2 weeks, weather pending) Properties that require more frequent cleanups will require estimates as needed.

Snow Removal:

Clean hard surface and walkways of snow/ice. Deicers applied as needed. *Price will vary depending on accumulation amounts and difficulty of storm.

Professional Lawn Mowing Service:

Mow grass areas approximately every 7 days throughout growing season (weather permitting) Grass height to be adjected as appropriate for seasonal conditions string, trimming along shrub bed edges walkways, curbs, obstruction and foundations to be performed as needed
